Club Handicap 10 mile - Entry details and request for helpers

Entries are now open for the Annual Handicap 10 mile. The race is on 7 February 2016 and is open to any member of an affiliated athletics club. The entry fee is £5 and this will also give you a brunch back at Llandaff Rugby Club. All members are also invited to the AGM (which starts at 12 noon) and the club championships presentations. I will be taking entries every Thursday at the club until 4 February and at parkrun on the Saturdays leading up to the event. Start times are calculated to give a finishing time of 10am. I have start times for everyone who ran a road race in 2015 - there are 283 of them on the list. I will publish a start list of entries regularly. Please note that the times are not negotiable unless you want to start later i.e. a faster time! I would prefer it if you could enter and pay before the event but if that is not possible please let me have your intention to run on this thread.
