In case anyone is thinking of doing the normal long Sunday training run from Cafe Castan, please post here as there is likely be a limited turnout in this festive period and Old Father Time for the over 35s. May post later in the week for those off next week, or even a possible trip down Merthyr Mawr if there is any interest!

Anything planned for Tuesday morning? As there are now a few Les Croups up this end we could start from Cefn Ohn and include some climbs around the cattery and Cefn Mably?
