Can someone help me out with timings for the cross country event in Bute Park on Sat 16th Nov? I've volunteered to help out with marshaling/other roles as needed, but not sure if this is an am/pm event? Need to know if I can commit to doing something else on the Saturday morning. Ta!

the timetable is
11.30 (Race 1) - Women 35 to 65+, Men 65 to 70+ (6000m)
12.15 (Race 2) - Men 50 to 64 (8000m)
13.15 (Race 3) - Men 35 to 49 (8000m)
14.00 (Race 4) - Open Race - Women 35 to 65+, Men 65 to 70+ (6000m); Seniors, Men 35 to 64 (8000m)
