I have been asked to be the masters ladies team manager for the South Wales team for the Inter-regional cross country in Builth Wells on 12th December http://www.welshathletic...hips---builth-wells.aspxThis is a selection only race and I will be picking the team after the next round of the Gwent league cross country in Llandaff Fields, which is this Sunday. I am not picking the team Sunday but soon afterwards. As I don't have contact details for individual runners anymore I would be grateful if you could let me know if you wish to be considered for selection. I am only doing the masters ladies teams, which last year where v35-44 and v45+. I will be at the next Gwent league race on Sunday so if you want to ask me about it then please come and see me.
