"Little update on the London marathon 2016" Sorry for not posting sooner but I've been waiting to hear back from the Hilton hotel about the final room numbers and cost which I now have. I'm away until the Thursday 1st of October, and by then if you've not got GFA, you'll know whether you where successful in the ballot or not. I'm not going to start taking names until after the Cardiff half marathon on the 4th October. They have given me 29 Twins and 30 Double rooms and 1 Triple room, and "no single rooms" I can get the Friday night as an extra if you want it. The cost of the trip is £190 per person. Last year I asked the Hilton if they would put on a pasta party which about 30 of us went to and everyone agreed it went down well, which I will ask again if your interested please let me know, I'm sure it was about £19 per person. I've provisionally booked a few names of the regulars who run the London marathon or who come up to support everyone.
If your thinking off coming on the trip please don't leave it till the last minute or you may be disappointed the rooms are filling up my fellow Croups!! 👣👣👣👣

Not been on the Croups trip before so keep me posted on what details you need, when you need the money by etc. etc.

Thanks all, I've booked the rooms, Marcus what's your wife's name ? Martin the Friday night as an extra is not a problem I've already covered that with them. I'll email if I've got your email address or I'll speak to down the club or at one of the club session about deposits etc.
