Hi Everyone, should be a lovely morning for a run. Due to personal commitments I can only make it @ 10am. Nadine and I are planning to do 10 to 12 miles @ 9 min miling (fastest) - anyone is welcome to join us (esp if you're nursing a bit of a sore head after Wales magnificent victory the night before!)

Am planning on being there at 9.30am for the run - probably just 10 or so miles so thinking Castell Coch and back

I'm hoping to be there for my last very long run before Snowdonia. I'll be aiming to do 20 miles or more at 8:30 to 9:00 minute/mile. I'm looking forward to the taper! Edited by user 25 September 2015 12:46:26(UTC)

Thanks for posting, Mick. Planning on doing the 17 miler under the shade of the tree-lined route most of the way! 8 minute per mile pace.

I am.hoping to join you but not from the start. I will run down the taff trail and meet you all and then run to the Black Cock and back home. This all depends though on my ankle as I went over on it slightly on my run today.

Thank you all for another lovely morning's run. The ladies outnumbered the fellas today - c'mon guys surely it doesn't take you THAT long to recover from celebrating the rugby he he he!
