Just for your information there is a 10km multi-terrain event at 11.00AM next Saturday 29 August, from Llantwit Major Rugby Club. Obviously being a Bank Holiday there are a huge number of fixtures happening simultaneously so check your diaries carefully. Website details below: www.llantwitmajor10k.co.uk

Three Croups ran this one. Oliver Williams came in 2nd.

80 88 SEDGMOND, Jemma FS Les Croupiers Running Club 59.09
I enjoyed this event. It had a lovely community feel to it. There are a couple of issues that need to be looked at, but the organisers seem keen to look at these and find improvements. I'd enter it again.
