It's the Swansea Bay 10k on Sunday, so here's another competition to get things rolling. This is a hard one & definitely politically incorrect! I've left a clue on my Facebook page, https://www.facebook.com/howard.kent.94, if you can spot it. Click on the following link & you should hear the music theme to an advert from the 1970's.
