Last winter I noticed alot runners running around like they were Johnny English or members of MI5. So I would like to remind people to wear at least one piece of bright clothing or a reflected vest. There are alot nutters on the road so it makes sence. Also running is something to be proud of. Alids and Lidos sell reflected kit at reasonable prices, just need to keep your eyes open for when they're there. Mountain Warehouse also sells reflected kit at reasonable prices, sometimes throwing a freebie or a special offer.
