As last Thursday was a gloomy evening, with the light fading fast at the end of the run, it was decided that in the interests of runner safety we would run the summer course in reverse this week - AND start promptly at 7.00PM.
Although we can make a final decision next week, it is likely that this week will be the final official run on the summer course.
Of course, everyone is free to do as they wish, some like running with head torches etc., but it's important to convey a club message in advance.
