The Cardiff 10k is passing our start point at about 10.20 a.m. and no doubt parking will be tricky, so best to post here if you intend to do a long one at 9.30. Will see many of the regulars at the 10k then back to normal routine the following weekend for important long training run for the October marathoners and half marathoners.Have great runs tomorrow!

Thanks Dave. I'll be doing the 10km - but it would be nice for both those racing and the Coq Noir group to potentially meet up opposite the Castle - as per Jenny Martin's post. Whatever you're doing - good luck and enjoy!
