Hi guys did my 1st triathlon in London for club on Saturday I did 1hr 33 over all
Splits was
Swim 24.41
Bike. 41.08
Run. 22.10
It was a great day and great fun long day as left Cardiff at 5 in morning didn't get back till midnight but I want to say I am now a triathlete
