If you want to challenge your mind and body the popular Night Races return on Wed 19th. 1 hour urban race,you choose your route, no experience of map reading necessary, all you need is a torch and a sense of adventure! I am pretty sure that's it's any age (with an oldey). Very inclusive are the orienteers, it must a Nordic thing! I'm hoping to get my daughter along.

Oops, sorry forgot to say that we are starting from Radyr Station Car Park at 7pm. Registration from 6 40pm. As to age we had a 3 year old walking around with his mum at the last one! Under 16s must be accompanied because of traffic.

Just another reminder that this is tomorrow, I did 14km doing all the controls yesterday so the challenge is to get them all in 1 hour.....
