Women Running mag has this article in it's latest issue unfornately Smiths doesn't provide a reading room so I couldn't read it properley. But it would be fair to say that it now being questioned on how many marathorns a person should run in a year and the effects it has in the body. Personally I think between 1 - 2 marathorns a year is enough for any runner but the runner has to want to do a marathorn too.

Trecey, I reckon reading all those magazines in Smiths is bad for you. Just as well you're not tall enough to read the ones on the top shelf - they make you go blind.
