Not sure if I'm the only one stupid enough to be running a trail ultra on Gower on Saturday, but if anyone else is going and wants to share lifts please let me know! At the moment I plan to drive out there from Cardiff on the morning.

I have an entry for the half marathon at this event. Not fit enough to do it. I have asked if I can transfer to the 10k, but they will only grant this if someone doesn't turn up on the day as the event is fully booked. Not sure whether to travel on the off chance.
