Hello,
I clearly need to stretch more.. after a physio on monday its clear.. now what i need is some effective routine that can be done a) in 5-6 mins per day.. b) for 30 mins or so in evening on a recovery day..
anyone got any decent references..

Depends on which bits you want to stretch! Feed search terms into YouTube & there's stacks of examples.
Sciatic nerve stretches, for example, are best done last thing at night on a recovery day, after hot shower, bath or sauna. It allows the sciatic nerve to settle down overnight. |

James, I know you put this up a while back so if you haven't found anything, try this - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dcTgyYYptfESaying that, stretching for maintenance is great but don't stretch something just because it is tight. It will be tight for a reason and just stretching it may cause further issues...
