Very enjoyable series of long runs on Sundays recently. As we are now into the Tour de France season, this week's run will again feature the Category I climb, the Col du Coq Noir (Rob Sage = Polka Dot Jersey Holder). See you there.

I'm gonna make an appearance tomorrow to join the clan. I wanna do a few miles prior to 9.30 so will be down there early.

Thanks everyone for the enjoyable run this morning and the gathering at the cafe afterwards - well done to everyone - that hill up towards Caerphilly Mountain will get easier with practice!

Hi Everyone, sorry I was not able to make yesterday. I picked up a slight twinge to my calf during the Pontypridd Parkrun on Saturday. Nonetheless, I'm glad you all had a good run.
