Hi Mick, enjoyed the company and run last sunday, can't make this Sunday, will be doing long run in the afternoon instead.

I'm maybe a little slow for you but as you progress into August, I'll be up for some 15-20 milers at 715-730 pace..

I will be up for this too, was there quite a few that went last week. Also is it just the 10 mile route you are doing or is it going to be a bit more.
