A few of us will be running at the track tuesday 6th May around 6:45-7pm start.
We plan to run at around 3:25-3:40 per Km (based on last time we ran track)
So far: Alan Davis and myself..will be running
please post if you are interested in joining us.. so we wait.. we can be flexiable with the start time (within reason!).
So let me know..if you will join us.. last time we had about 8 of us..
