Hi All

As part of the celebration to mark the 60th Anniversary of Roger Bannister's sub 4 min mile, on Thursday the 8th May we will be replacing the usual Club Run with a series of 1 mile races which will take place over at Blackweir (using the monthly 1 mile Time Trial course).

The first race will be at 7.00pm, it will be £1 to run.

If you wish to take part please reply below by Sunday 4th May so that we can sort out how mant races we need and who will be in each one.

Yes please, Phil. A great idea, too. We did this 10 years ago at UWIC. Just makes you realise what a brilliant athlete Bannister was - only around 200 British athletes have bettered 4 minutes in the last 60 years.
