Just a reminder to those of us who are eligible - The Early Bird membership fee (£13.50) for the Welsh Masters 2014 comes to an end on the 31st March 2014. On the 1st April it rises to £16. I was hoping they would see sense and move the mens vet category back to 40, but that's clearly not going to happen, so may sign up then to get some points for the club. Still not a proper vet though!!!!

Just raising the awareness of registration prior to the forthcoming Outdoor Track and Field season for Masters that begins in Cardiff on the 7th May. Club members who are also members of the Welsh Masters gain points for the club if they compete in the South Wales Masters League. Guests can also compete. Track events include 100m up to 3000m/5000m. Field events include the High Jump, Long Jump, Triple Jump, Javelin, Shot, Discus, Hammer (and weight?) and I nearly forgot - the Pole Vault.
A reminder .... such activity..... can be dangerous ...
