Just adding a race report which was the Atlantic College 10K which took place this past Sunday. Quite a few Les Croups turned up for this one. The weather was fine although breezy, I had a great race with Mike Murphy, we were both pushing each other like mad :) and I think Mike was the first over 60 in so very well done and congratulations to Mike there. Also another notable mention to Phil for being the first Les Croupiers in at 8th place, very well done there. If there are any other Les Croups who did this race or any other age category winners I forgot to mention then please post them. Here are the positions of the Les Croupiers runners from a total 368 participants.
