Hello all,
Is anyone marathon training looking to do a 20/21 mile run this Sunday, around 9-10min miles, hopefully pushing through to marathon pace of 8.30-9min miles towards the end?
If anyone wants to join, or has a similar run planned, please let me know.

Hi Laura - I'll be running 20 miles at that sort of pace (nearer 10 min miles than 9 min miles). Anyone else up for running a similar pace either at 9 am or 9.30am on Sunday morning from the Pontcanna Oval?

Only just seen this David, Michelle amblin and I are running 20 miles tomorrow leaving at 8am if you want to join us. If anybody reads this and has dave mac's mobile can they please let him know. Thanks.

Hi David - I'm sorted for tomorrow now thanks - 20 miles with Jenny M at a (slightly) more civilised 9am. Have a good run and thanks for the reply.
