This is a copy of a post put on facebook by Claire I now have an account with GL which contains a database of all those who ran at XC last season and in Cardiff this year. I need to select from the system the names of those who wish to run and this will be sent to GL. Each runner will now receive a number which you keep for the whole of the season. (Don't worry if you don't run all of them, just keep your number). INSTEAD of declaring your interest on this post, PLEASE click on the link (Below) to a very very quick form which will register your request to run at Blaise.
