Cardiff Running events CPR Help Needed
Hi all, this weekend sees the running of the Cardiff Pentath Run or the CPR.
It is a marathon split over 5 events, spanning 2 days.
Saturday:
9am: 5km
12:30: 10km
4.30: 4.5km XC
Sunday:
9am: Half Marathon (21.1km)
2pm: 1 Mile (1.6km)
It is a gruelling event and one that we need volunteers at to ensure all goes smoothly (other than the 5km which is run as part of parkrun.. no extra volunteers needed for that)
I am looking for helpers for each race. All of the races, other than the 5km will take place at Pontcanna Fields Spine Road and all volunteers will need to be on site 30 minutes before race start.
If you are available to help please let me know below what race you are available for.
The critical races are the 10k, XC and Half Marathon.
