Roll up! Roll up! The final Gwent League fixture will take place on 19 March at Singleton Park, Swansea. The details haven't been published yet, but I'll update the post when they're released.
Fixtures in the latter part of the season are a great opportunity for bigger clubs (such as us) to pick up points, as attendances tend to tail off a bit as the season progresses. So whether you're planning to be at the front of the pack, the back of the pack or anywhere in between, your contribution to the points tally is valuable. If you've not run cross-country before and want to find out more about it, feel free to collar me (or anyone else!) at a training session.
If you're able to run, please add your name to this post. This post is for all runners - men, women and MV65+.
Please make sure you check in with your team manager at least an hour before your race on the day.
