LCRC 5km Time Trial: 30th July 2021 This week is the final race of the Summer Sprint Series. We have 34 of 50 entries taken for the 4km. This is followed on 30th July by the annual LCRC 5km Time Trial. It takes place on the Cardiff parkrun course with the first runner away at 7pm. The race consists of runners setting off at 20 second intervals from slowest to quickest. WEhen you have entered, please send me an email to meurig06@gmail.com with the subject heading of "your name : your predicted time" On this occasion, given the nature of the race the virtual version of this event must be run on the Cardiff parkrun course between Thursday 29th July and Sunday 1st August. No other courses will be acceptable.
