Good to start and finish with group today even if on my own for mid-part it was motivational to run with different group and vary route. Thanks Croups!

I agree with Gerry. This morning worked really well again, and the fine weather was a bonus. Even though the next run isn't scheduled till 23/2, members may want to consider a repeat in the meantime, especially those looking for company on the longer runs. It does help!

I hadn't run with a club group on a Sunday for a long time and it was good to have the chance to catch up with some 'old' friends - sorry Gerry, Dave, Paul, …
The weather was ideal and the route flat (if you only did ten miles) but I'd forgotten how far it was.
Thanks for the organisation, Claire and Stu and for the company during the run.
I agree it does help.
Hope to make the 23rd, Feb.

Just to follow on posts as a result of last Sunday's enjoyable run, a few people seemed interested in a repeat this Sunday, 26th at 9.30 at the Handicap 10 start. Hope to see you there.

Good idea, wish i was able to join you all this Sunday, particularly as a 9.30 start means you will get the best of the atrocious Sunday weather. Those of us doing Liswerry 8 are set to look like drowned rats.

Just posting to get this thread about a group run back to the top of the pile. Looks like tomorrow's weather doesn't look great, so hopefully running in company will make things a little easier.
