Folks, in case you know of anyone interested in starting or restarting their running journey ... Les Croupiers plan to start their next 'Croups off the Couch' c25k course on Monday 4th May 2020. This will be led by experienced run leaders three times a week over 9 weeks, and is free to participants. We'll then follow this up with a 5k+ course which aims to get participants to a 10k distance, in time for the Cardiff 10k this autumn. Our 5k+ course starts on Monday 6th July.
