This was held yesterday at Cyncoed. There was really good talent from the youngsters and same amazing performers from the super vets. There Les Croups competed
1500 meters open Marc Tiley 4 30
3000 meters welsh champs Brain Dias 10 37
800 meters welsh vets Tracey Newman 4.04 Ladies 40 winner
If you never done track then I recommend it. It can really help with you road running. For details of the next met check out the masters web site but you need to be a member of the masters association.
