Monday night sessions
Just a reminder for those of you who do the Monday night sessions that tomorrow will be our last speed session (meeting at the running club) before we switch to hill sessions next Monday.
As the light will be against us, we will be leaving the club promptly at 6:45pm to head over to the session. We’ll be doing a session on the spine road, so if anyone is running a little late, please head over to the spine road to find us.
From Monday 23rd September, we will be meeting on Wild Gardens Road (at the top of Roath Park lake) at 6:45pm for hill sessions.
