With so many races on at the moment, it's nice to have a recovery run at conversation pace in wonderful company.
For all my "underprivileged" Cardiff friends lucky enough to be running in Porthkerry Park tomorrow, enjoy it!
This was where my running career started, training with my big brother, when I was 11.
Yes I remember just how tough the caravan site hill is (much worse when it's wet). Good luck!
