First up, good luck to everyone racing the Cardiff Bay 10km tomorrow, the weather is looking good too.
And good luck if you're racing anywhere else.
For the rest of us, training continues as normal up the Taff Trail.
I'll probably settle for 12 to the bottom of Castell Coch and back, after a parkrun blast this morning. See you there!
