Just a reminder that the Monday night hill sessions resume tonight. We meet at 6:45pm at Wild Gardens Road (at the top of Roath Park Lake) and then jog over to the session start - this week’s session is at Torrens Drive.

A big thank you to Jenny and Jon for turning out tonight despite being ill and crocked respectively. Definitely above and beyond the call of duty to turn up and make sure that we all knew what we were doing tonight. You're both stars!

Thanks Chad. As it was a new hill we just wanted to make sure everyone knew what the session was. Hope the rest of the session went well after we left.
