This weeks Tuesday session is 4-5 x 1K at (target 5K pace) with 90 sec recovery. The session will move around the parkrun course - first rep start to 1k, second rep 1k to 2k, third rep 2k to 3k, fourth rep 3k to 4k and final rep 4k to finish
Meet at Cardiff parkrun start Warmed up ready to start at 6.30pm
