Does anyone want a night splint for PF? Barely used it did nt help me but it may work for you

No thanks Caroline, I've found two things that helped with mine - one is gel heel cups and the other is a long lunge with the front foot on the bottom stair, I found I could stretch out the bottom of my foot better than with some conventional foot/calf stretches, plus a combination of rolling on tennis/golf/spiky balls and a frozen coca-cola bottle.
