A local race organised by the St Catwg’s Church, Pentyrch. The enjoyment comes after the event. Tasty climbs, hairy descents and spectacular views from the top. Worth a few bob to have a go. Very popular. Entry: £8 on the day only. Registration: Pentyrch RFC at 6:30. Pentyrch Hill RaceLook in events. Edited by user 23 April 2018 18:24:11(UTC)

Congratulations to the brave few who took part last night. Stark contrast to VMLM on Sunday, though one Penarth and Dinas runner managed to complete both races. A memorable climb to the top (twice) with a tumble or two on the descents. Quick feet and a Shane Williams' side step were useful attributes approaching the kissing gate on the dark side of The Garth. Edited by user 25 April 2018 10:45:54(UTC)

Hats off to all the amazing marshals . It was bad for the runners, but everyone who stood out in the terrible conditions helping out deserve medals!

Good to see you Julie and all the other brave LC runners. The presentation ceremony was understandably sparse but good news for you, Julie and Susan Bowes. Julie, you won the 1st W55 medal and Susan, you won a commemorative plate for 3rd W40. I'll bring them to Sutton Park tomorrow or you can pick up your awards next Thursday at the club. Provisional results will be on the results' page soon. Edited by user 27 April 2018 12:14:20(UTC)
