Good luck to those competing in this weekend's 20/20 Fission (Long Course Championship).

Some changes are starting to appear in the ranking lists.

9th March 2018, Current leaders:
Short Course - Katie Beecher and Oli Williams
Long Course - Jenny Martin and James Bruce
Off Road - Julie Scholey and Gary John
Cross Country - Janneke van Beijnum and Huw Evans

Check your position for this year on Club Champioships.

Note: You have missed the B of Bang.

Next race ( other than “Best of Series”):
Short Course - Cardiff 5k, 6 May
Long Course - 20/20 Fission, 11th March and Cardiff Bay 10k, 25th March
Off Road - Forest of Dean Half Marathon, 18 March
Cross Country - Gwent League, October
