Could be a wet session tomorrow but being real runners hope that doesn't deter you.
I won't be there as have to run early from home tomorrow in time for family get together in Bristol.
Some time will be spent with Keith and I planning our next close encounter of the competitive kind.
NB A special "Hope it went well" message for Janneke as she did the Lakeland 50 miles today.

Ended up running 16 miles but it was a really nice run and I enjoyed it. Weather was better than expected just a bit of a shower. Great run and great company, cheers all! Edited by user 30 July 2017 17:23:51(UTC)
