Well done everyone who ran in Forest of Dean half at the weekend, and a speedy recovery to Gabrielle and Ruth who both had to pull out unfortunately.
Results are now available on the FOD website
There were some great individual results,including Katie Beecher 3rd in her age group, and fastest of Les Croups ladies. Libby 3rd in her age group, and Sue Watson a fab 1st in her age group. These 3 made up the Croups ladies winning female team , which was especially good considering this year was(apparently) the F of D`s record number of entries for female runners
