After a week off organising the Barry 40, it's back to Café Castan once more.
The weather forecast isn't great for tomorrow, but that should never be an excuse.
Talking of weather, we were extremely lucky last week, which gives me another opportunity to thank everyone who came, in whatever capacity. It isn't every day that you can say you saw Tracey Newman outrun Steve Way.
Just a word also to thank everyone at the stadium who helped make the race such a success, but the charge of £729 for 9 hours means that it may be the first and last time the race comes to Cardiff, and in any case, I must say I missed the luxurious facilities that only Jenner Park can provide.
I've already had members enquiring about next year, so please pencil in Sunday 11 March in your diaries.
To those who are out racing or doing long training runs at the numerous events on tomorrow, good luck!

I can't help thinking Rich Holmes and myself have pretty much signed up for the event now after this mornings conversation!

Thanks to Dave, Rob and Cheryl for another very enjoyable run in less than ideal conditions.
Good luck to Cheryl on your marathon debut at Manchester in 2 weeks.
