There's alot of us running in different places this weekend, So good luck everyone where ever you are running, especially to our off the coutch particpates competing in their first 5k or 10k race. If you manage to find soome time please come and give some support at the Barry 40 Sunday. You don't have to stay all day.

Following on from this post if you are at parkrun and want to help with the couch to 5k we are meeting at the steps down on to the Taff Trail at 8.45am so maybe see some of you there.
