I noticed Stuart and Marcus pull up today at the Park Run. I hope you are both ok and it was just a precaution guys.  Also thanks to everyone who volunteers and to those who gave me encouragement! I am so zoned out when I run I think I just forget to say thankyou so thankyou!

Hi Lyndon,
Stuart pulled up, recovered himself within a minute or two and then did a 5 mile tempo run. He's all good. I have a niggling injury that isn't settling down and re-occurred today :(
Nothing the correct amount of rest won't fix.. but you know us runners.. we won't rest when necessary! Anyway.. a week or two off for me now. Time to hit the bike.
