Just like to say thanks to Phill and all his helpers for a great weekend. Never done this before but I realy enjoyed it. If you never done it before then I would recommed it you don't need to do all of it either. I pleased with my overall time not that far out from my marathon PB ( 4 29) If yoo can't run it or all of it help will be appricated. Something I would do again.
