Just because the marathon season is over doesn't give you a ready made excuse not to turn up!
Distance and pace is optional, but attendance is mandatory!
This session is for every Sunday of the year, to enjoy some endurance with friends at conversation pace!

Exactly Mick - best of luck to Porthkerry 5 runners and Castles and other races to keep training for. Sorry I can't make it, unless I hop round.
