Ok you lot...!

As we all know life is too short. Much too short.
So every now and again I take a time out to reflect.
After all, we might not be here tomorrow.

This is one of those times.

I worked out that I now have over 10 Guide Runners!

This email is not about me, this is about my amazing and wonderful Guide runners:

Clare
Karen (& Her son Ewan)
Alan
David
Ralph
Jenny
Ali
Julie
Nadine
(Who has not ran with me yet but is booked in for WMAA stuff, although she doesn't know yet LOL)
John (Who is booked for park run in two weeks time, agreed today)

What an amazing bunch of selfless people!
Hats off and pats on backs to you all.
Thank you from the bottom of my trainers.

I am so lucky to have them supporting my efforts. Running 3D would not be possible without them and their on-going support.
It really does leave me rather emotional.

I know soppy is cheesy and mushy and all that crap but now and again it is ok. :)

It is people like this that make LC RC what it is.
A club to be proud of.

Now if anyone else wishes to become a GR getting you booke din for GR time will be tricky but your offers are more than welcome!

The induction programme usually starts with accompanying me around Park run and then if you like it, who knows where we will end up!

So here's to the GRs!

LC RC forever!

Rather think it's testament to your approach and spirit. You make it easy as pie and are incredibly forgiving when your guide runs you into a lamp post Flapper Tomorrow we will find out whether tree trunks hurt more than lamp posts Cool

Hope you both had fun today, I did think of you when crossing the pebbly beach!

Oh my goodness, I mentioned tree trunks as a joke.... Stuart is now in the market for a guide who can use both eyes, and look up, as well as down...
We had fun, and I think he's still talking to me, despite a minor collision with a large head-height branch.

LOL Chadders that is a classic, fair play!
Cannot believe you mentioned tree trunks the day before, that is very, very funny!
Talk about tempting fate....

You cannot be looking everywhere all at once, especially not on that type of running surface. There was loads to pass on to me about the ground and tight corners.
So who would have thought there would be a rather thick head height tree trunk ready to ambush us?!
You did an extremely fab job today and I could not have asked for more.
I especially liked overtaking several people on the home straight.
We crossed the finish in style!
Well done.
