There are plans to build houses and a by pass near Van Road ( Caerphilly 10k route ) There is a face book page against this development. Caerphilly mountain is a lovely place to walk and run particualy at this time of year when the bluebells are out. It is important that places like this are protected not just for us but for our children and furture generation. I know Julie Morgan has been campagining for a green belt on this side of the mountain ( she also supports park run ) Please surpport this campagine and any other campagine like this. I know some good runs up the mountain if anyone ever wants to join me.
