This will be a significant one especially for those doing London, as 3 weeks to go is often considered "last long run day". It also means the tapering starts here!
With that in mind I intend to run 20 starting at 9.30 on the Gwaelod-y-Garth version of the Coq Noir route. That's the big climb, with a few more smaller ones thrown in. Just hoping the weather behaves.

I'm hoping to be there this Sunday. I was planning to do about 18 miles (my marathon isn't until the end of May) but happy to do 20 if that's what most people are doing. I know the Gwaelod-y-Garth route so can lead a 9 min/mile group that way.

Will be there Sunday but probably a slow 12m, as I'm doing a long run on Saturday with Martin W and Andy B from the club 07.30 hrs, if anyone wants to sneak in a bit extra on this crucial weekend!

Thanks and well done to everyone today - a lot cooler than originally forecast.
A big thank you to Ben Farag for dragging me round 20 miles.
