STOP PRESS: STEVE WAY FOR BARRY 40
30th Annual Barry 40 Miles Track Race, Sunday 20 March, 2016
Despite numbers of entries still being small, next Sunday's Barry Track 40 just received a welcome boost with the inclusion of Steve Way. Steve ran the Bath Half Marathon this morning in 70 minutes flat, which whilst still some distance from his 2014 form, gave him the green light to come to Barry after the disappointment have having to withdraw last year due to injury. The news is likely to appear on his personal blog later today.
Naturally this is a huge boost for the race, and Steve's personal following is likely to promote considerable interest.

I had planned to pop in to catch a few laps but I think I am going to be bit pushed for time with other commitments so good luck Mick with the organisation of the race. To Roy and David M....easy peasy? no hills? just 116 laps... :) All the best! Edited by user 16 March 2016 10:46:45(UTC)
