Manchester Marathon - meeting for food on Saturday evening

Good morning everyone,
Seems that there are lots of us running the Manchester Marathon this year on 10th April and we’re all likely to be in the city the night before. I thought it would be nice for us all to meet up for food, if anyone is interested. I have never been to Manchester and do not know where recommended places are, but I am happy to arrange a reservation for us. Please could you let me know if you are interested by next Friday (18th March) because I suspect that most Italian restaurants are booked out already. Even if you can’t make it, it would be good to know who is running so that we can keep an eye out for each other. Nadine

Last year a few of us went to Prezzo. It's an Italian restaurant located in Media City (near Salford Quays).

I am doing Manchester & i know that Rich Holmes & Jenny Martin are also. I wont be in Manchester on the Saturday night as staying with my family in the suburbs being asked for the numerous time if i follow a special diet the night before a race......my mum would be shocked if i did come up with something that didn't involve her cooking me a roast dinner
